The Water Resources Directorate in Latakia Governorate announced the irrigation rates carried out up to Sunday, August 23, 2026, for the fourth group affiliated with the Tarjaniyah Dam, the Bilouran Development Network group, and the Daruqiyat Unit. The M1 irrigation network recorded a 95 percent rate in the second cycle, covering the areas of Fadra, Al-Bahloulia, Al-Karkit, and Al-Samndil, while the Ps3 network achieved a 90 percent rate in the first cycle, benefiting the areas of Al-Damat, Al-Khuraybah, Jibrayon, Badmiyun, and Al-Mukhtariya.
