Water measurement and maintenance tour of monitoring stations in the Latakia countryside

The Latakia Water Resources Directorate conducted a field tour that included taking hydrological measurements at monitoring points belonging to the Water Resources Information Center within the Al-Sakhabah well area (B16, H8, H18), in addition to the Al-Jawfin and Al-Sakhabah quarry (1, 2, 3).

The tour included measuring water levels and assessing the current state of water resources, as well as carrying out maintenance work on a number of stations to ensure data accuracy and continued efficient operation.

These activities are part of the ongoing monitoring to enhance water resource management and support data-driven decision-making to achieve water sustainability.
