The Water Resources Directorate, in cooperation with the Parks and Water Wheels Directorate and the Technical Services Directorate, has started cleaning and rehabilitating the banks of the Orontes River, along with lighting work, as part of joint efforts aimed at improving the urban scene and keeping public facilities in the city clean.

The campaign includes removing accumulated waste and weeds from the riverbanks, rehabilitating the adjacent paths, and extending the lighting network along the bank, providing a safer and more beautiful environment.

The participating authorities confirmed that this collaboration between the three directorates comes as part of a comprehensive and ongoing plan to improve the city's infrastructure, positively affecting daily life.
