The Water Resources Directorate in Latakia is following up on the state of irrigation and the start of the sixth watering cycle
The Water Resources Directorate in Latakia continues its field follow-up on the irrigation situation in several areas and networks. With God’s help, the sixth irrigation cycle has started within the Ballouran development networks, alongside the implementation of irrigation openings on the Khariba network fed by the PS12 station, and monitoring the irrigation situation in the Beit Suhin area.
These activities are part of the directorate’s plan to ensure proper water distribution and delivery to agricultural lands, with ongoing field monitoring and addressing any notes or needs to ensure a regular irrigation process and make the best possible use of the available water resources, supporting farmers and continuing the service to the agricultural sector.
