The Directorate of Water Resources in Latakia continues its efforts in monitoring the operation of the pumping stations belonging to the second phase of the Mashqita Dam, as part of the plan to ensure the system's continuous operation and secure irrigation water.

The monitoring work includes the Nahr al-Arab, Al-Alimiya, Barna and Fatiro, Al-Shamiya, Salma Mill, Al-Druqiyat, Al-Qanjrah and Al-Banda stations, with maintenance teams continuing to intervene immediately to fix emergency faults on the main lines, ensuring the readiness of the stations and the continuous delivery of water to the agricultural networks.
