The Latakia Water Resources Directorate continues to carry out irrigation cycles in the second phase of the Mashqita Dam project

The Directorate of Water Resources in Latakia continues to carry out irrigation cycles in the second phase of the Mashqita Dam project, while keeping the pumping stations running and monitoring the networks to ensure water reaches the agricultural lands according to the approved schedule.

The operation work includes the Qanjarah, Salma Mill, Maghrayt, Karsana, Banda, Shamiah, Alimia stations, and the Arab River, as well as the Shabtalia network and the feeding lines for Al-Burj and Al-Salib, alongside the continued operation of the Al-Burj and Al-Salib stations.

The directorate assures that irrigation cycles are proceeding smoothly, and the operational status of all stations and networks is normal and stable, ensuring the sustainability of irrigation water supply and enhancing service efficiency for farmers in the benefiting areas.
