The General Authority for Water Resources is following up on the preparation works of the Joint Station and the Babiri Station in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross.

In cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the General Authority for Water Resources has begun the installation and outfitting of 11KV cells, DC systems, cables, and protections at the joint station, as part of enhancing the readiness of the electrical infrastructure and improving the stability of water stations' operations.  
The work was conducted with field follow-up by Engineer Abdulkarim Mansour, Director of Technical Affairs at the General Authority for Water Resources, and Engineer Ahmad Al-Ahmad, Director of Water Resources in Aleppo, where they reviewed the progress of technical work and ensured it was carried out according to the required specifications.  
The tour also included an inspection visit to the Al-Babri Station aimed at assessing the necessary technical and service needs, contributing to increasing the station's efficiency and ensuring the continuity of water services for citizens.
