As part of a regular maintenance plan based on continuous field monitoring, the Directorate of Water Resources in Latakia continues to implement its technical programme aimed at improving irrigation efficiency within the main and subsidiary networks in the Jableh area.
The ongoing work includes dredging and cleaning the main canal in Jableh, in addition to several associated water branches, with the dredged material being transported to approved sites to ensure the cleanliness of drainage channels and the continuity of their efficient operation.
