The Water Resources Directorate in Latakia continues to carry out its work aimed at developing and rehabilitating irrigation facilities. They have completed the reinforced concrete casting for the scour chamber of the Behloulia Irrigation Project, which serves an area of about 2,200 hectares, helping to improve the efficiency of the irrigation system and meet the needs of agricultural lands.

Work is also ongoing on the formwork for the rehabilitation of the Al-Sin Lake wall, as part of efforts to maintain water facilities, enhance their readiness, and improve the use of water resources.
