Repairing breaks and fixing water leaks on line eight of the Sedd Ghadir Al-Bustan irrigation network

To reduce water wastage, leakage and its spread over agricultural land and homes, the staff of the Daraa Water Resources Directorate carried out maintenance and leak repairs on the eighth line of the Ghadir Al-Bustan Dam irrigation network. Such wear and tear occurs because the pipes are old and made of concrete.

This maintenance benefits a large number of farmers whose lands spread over more than 75 hectares of the Ghadir Al-Bustan Dam irrigation network, which serves a total area of 600 hectares.
