The Emergency and Disaster Management Directorate in Jableh quickly responded to a fire that broke out near the Hawiz conversion station, with the flames spreading to the surrounding metal pipeline of the station.

The fire has been fully extinguished, with necessary cooling measures carried out to ensure the safety of the site and protect the station's components, with no damage reported, thanks to the great efforts of the emergency teams in responding quickly and containing the incident.

The Latakia Water Resources Directorate extends its thanks and appreciation to the Emergency and Disaster Management Directorate in Jableh for the swift response and efforts made to control the fire and secure the site.
