Monitoring water quality in Kenitra to ensure it's safe for agricultural use
The Water Quality Monitoring Division at the Water Resources Directorate in Quneitra Governorate carried out a field tour that included a number of springs and dams in the governorate, with the aim of collecting water samples and subjecting them to the necessary laboratory tests to ensure their safety and compliance with approved standards.
These activities are part of the regular water source monitoring program, aimed at detecting any potential signs of pollution and ensuring the quality of water used for irrigation, which helps protect water resources and promote their sustainability.
The Water Resources Directorate continues to monitor water conditions on the ground according to ongoing supervision plans, which strengthens the safety of water sources and maintains their quality to serve the agricultural sector in the governorate.
