Maintenance workshops in the third sector of the Water Resources Directorate in Deir ez-Zor continue to carry out routine maintenance work on irrigation networks.

Maintenance workshops replaced several ladders and installed new flumes in part B on lines 036004 and 010003, instead of the worn-out flumes.

These works are aimed at maintaining the efficiency of the irrigation network, ensuring its continuous operation in the best way, helping to deliver irrigation water to farmers as needed, and boosting the network's readiness to serve agricultural lands and make the best use of water resources.
