As part of ongoing efforts to maintain the readiness of the irrigation system and ensure the continuous supply of water to agricultural lands, the Birqa Irrigation Group, affiliated with the Directorate of Water Resources in Kenitra, carried out repair work on a 150 mm diameter southern branch, through the implementation of concrete casting works in accordance with technical standards.

The works contributed to restoring the efficiency of the line and ensuring the continuous supply of water to approximately 300 hectares of agricultural land, supporting the stability of the agricultural process and enhancing the sustainability of water resources.

The Directorate of Water Resources in Kenitra confirmed that its technical staff continue to carry out regular maintenance work and rapid response to faults, preserving the infrastructure of irrigation networks and providing the best services to farmers.
