In order to protect groundwater from depletion, the Water Authority in the Directorate of Water Resources in Daraa Governorate continues its efforts to curb the phenomenon of random well digging

The Water Police in the Directorate of Water Resources in Daraa Governorate continue their efforts to curb the phenomenon of illegal well digging and to control committed violations, as Water Police personnel seized an illegal excavator from the Daraa - Daraa al-Balad area and transferred it to the excavator garage.

Necessary measures will be taken against the violators and they will be referred to the competent judiciary after completing the required records.

This brings the total number of seized illegal excavators to 54.
