Improving the efficiency of the irrigation system in Kenitra by cleaning the siphons on the main canal

The Re Sid Kodna team from the Directorate of Water Resources in Kenitra Governorate carried out cleaning and maintenance work on the siphons along the main canal south of Hajjah town, aiming to improve water flow efficiency and ensure it reaches the farmlands.

The work included removing accumulated weeds, aquatic plants, and moss from the siphon channels, helping to keep the irrigation network ready, improve water distribution management, and support continuous service for farmers.
