Homs resources participate in the meeting held in the Talkalakh area to discuss proactive plans
The Water Resources Directorate in Homs Governorate participated through the technicians involved in the Al-Muzaynah and Tal Housh dam projects in the Talkalakh area, in a meeting chaired by the director of the Talkalakh area, Abdul Rahman Al-Akkari, with the relevant local officials present. The meeting was held to discuss the proactive plans needed to prevent any damage or risks to agricultural lands in the Talkalakh area during the upcoming rainy season, ensuring that necessary measures are taken by reinforcing and maintaining water channels and main drains to help absorb potential flood waves and prevent blockages during rainfall.
These efforts aim to protect agricultural lands from the risks of flooding and to support agricultural activity in the area.
