Homs resources are continuing to provide water for irrigating the al-Buqei'a Plain in the Talkalakh area
The Water Resources Directorate coordinates with water user associations, the local community, and the relevant agricultural authorities to complete the irrigation season of the Al-Muzaynah Dam and pumping stations project / Talkalakh area / by providing watering for crops and trees to irrigate an area of 3,334 hectares through the technical teams present at the project site for investment and distribution management, meeting the needs of agricultural crops, making efficient use of water, and reducing transport losses.
At the same time, the project’s investment coincides with immediate interventions to address any emergency malfunctions to ensure the continuous flow of water. These measures help meet the requests of our farmer brothers to increase the productivity of each plot to support agricultural production and ensure the sustainability of water resources.
