Homs resources are continuing to carry out emergency maintenance on Tal Housh Dam

The Water Resources Directorate in Homs continues to carry out emergency maintenance work on the Tal Housh Dam. The maintenance work included fixing a number of faults in the irrigation networks by replacing damaged pipes, installing new joints, and replacing gaskets and clamps, which helps improve the efficiency of water conveyance and distribution, ensures continuous supply, and reduces water waste.

The aim is to secure water needs for crops, support the agricultural sector, boost farming operations, and achieve good agricultural production.
