Field tour by the Director of Water Resources in Latakia at the pumping stations of the second phase of Mashqita Dam
Mr. Mahmoud Al-Qaddar, the Director of Water Resources in Latakia, accompanied by the Head of the Workers' Union and the accompanying delegation, conducted a field tour of several pumping stations of the second phase group at Mashqita Dam, to closely observe the conditions of the stations and how work is progressing there.
The tour included the Al-Magrith PS3-4 pumping station, where they checked the station's condition and readiness, listened to the demands and complaints of citizens and workers, and directly followed up on their needs.
The tour also included the main station in Al-Alimiya PS2, where they inspected the settling basin and metal gates, and reviewed the condition of the equipment.
This tour comes as part of direct field follow-ups and strengthening communication with workers and citizens, to assess the stations’ status and needs, ensuring continuous operation and improving performance.
