Directorate of Water Resources in Latakia: Maintenance and rehabilitation of Mashqita Dam pumping stations

The Directorate of Water Resources in Latakia carried out maintenance work at a number of pumping stations as part of the second phase of the Mashqita Dam project, aiming to increase operational readiness and improve technical performance.

The work focused on the Shabtalia Station (PS3) and the Karsana Station (PS3-2), in preparation for the upcoming irrigation season. The directorate confirmed that this work is part of a regular maintenance plan to enhance the efficiency of pumping stations and ensure continuity of service.
