As part of ongoing efforts to protect water resources and control illegal drilling activities, the Aleppo Water Resources Directorate, in cooperation with the relevant authorities, carried out a field campaign, which resulted in the seizure of two illegal drills in southern Aleppo in the Al-Zariya area and two drills in the Tal al-Daman area.

The necessary reports were filed, and all equipment and seized items were deposited in the Water Resources Directorate garage according to established legal procedures.

The Ministry of Energy confirms the continuation of its monitoring campaigns, in coordination with the relevant authorities, to combat violations related to well drilling, contributing to the preservation of water resources and ensuring their sustainable management in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
