The maintenance and repair workshop at the Directorate of Water Resources in Quneitra has restored the flow of water to the Ghadir Al-Bustan network after clearing a blockage in the system, ensuring that irrigation water continues to reach the farmlands that rely on it.
This maintenance work is part of ongoing efforts to monitor the irrigation networks and enhance the efficiency of water resource use, helping to support the continuity of agricultural activities and make the most of the irrigation water in the area.
The Ghadir Al-Bustan network irrigates an area of about 400 dunams, benefiting around 60 families, making it one of the key networks for supplying water to agricultural lands.
The maintenance and repair teams at the Quneitra Directorate of Water Resources continue their fieldwork to fix breakdowns and blockages and to maintain the readiness of the irrigation networks, ensuring a steady supply of water and service for the farmers.
